Riding is a static activity and the stable work is often heavy and unilateral and therefore we need to strengthensome muscles that are working less and stretch the muscles that work the more to a get and strong balanced body.
Riding is also a very demanding sport, both time consuming and economically,
and this book contains effective exercises and programs that can be easily performed
at home and with no or very few tools to make training accessible to all. The book has been developed in cooperation between Stierna Equestrian Sportswear and Team Hälso & Friskvård in Gothenburg (training center certified by Swedish Olympic Committee).
