Shipping Information
Next day delivery within the Republic of Ireland for orders placed before 1 pm.
Shipping charge €8.00. Deliveries over €100 free.
For deliveries outside of the Republic of Ireland shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that exports to outside of the EU may be subject to Customs and Local Taxes which we are not liable for and our beyond our control.
Returns
We will give an exchange, refund or credit note, if Goods are returned undamaged in their original wrapping and in a saleable condition within 14 days. You must contact us first to authorise a return.
Please note that goods purchased with cash cannot be refunded to a credit card. Refunds will be processed through cash or shop credit.
Goods which cannot be returned:
- made to your specifications
- clearly personalised
- helmets and skull caps
Returns can be made in person or by post.The cost to return the item is payable by the customer and any replacement sent will have our normal delivery charge applied. This does not contravene your consumer rights. All damages or wrong orders must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Sprenger Bits
Sprenger bits come with a 7 days free trial. If you wish to return a bit you MUST notify us within 7 days from date of purchase and post back to us within a further 7 days. You can either exchange a bit or receive a full refund.
