Same day despatch for all orders received before 13.00 GMT , next day despatch for orders received after 13.00 GMT
Standard shipping Republic of Ireland - €8.00
Free delivery on purchases over €100 (Republic of Ireland only)
Shipping charges to other destinations will be calculated at checkout
Please note that exports to countries outside of the EU may be subject to Customs and Local Taxes which we are not liable for as they are beyond our control.
Returns
We will give an exchange, refund or credit note, subject to the following:
- We are notified within a period of 14 days from date of order
- Returns must be accompanied by our returns form, a valid receipt and a clear photograph prior to packaging, showing the item intact with labels attached.
- Goods are returned in their original condition as delivered, complete in all parts, with the original packaging including the shipping box and original labels,
- Goods are returned unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition
Please note:
- We will issue a return shipping label free of charge
- Exchange of goods will incur our standard postage charge
- In the case of a refund or credit note postage will not be refunded/credited
- Goods which are made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised cannot be returned.
- Goods purchased at reduced price are bought "as seen" and cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded

Sprenger bits come with a 7 day free trial. If you wish to return a bit you MUST notify us within 7 days from date of purchase and post back to us within a further 7 days. You can either exchange a bit or receive a full refund.
Please note:
- On receipt of completed Return Form we will issue a return label
- Exchange of goods will incur our standard postage charge
- In the case of a refund or credit note postage will not be refunded/credited
- Goods which are either special order, made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.
